Dehra McFaddan, LMSW
Dehra obtained her undergraduate degree from Boise State University with a Bachelors of Arts in Social Work and emphasis in Conflict Resolution and Mediation. Dehra continued her education at Boise State University to receive a Master of Social Work degree and is currently licensed in the State of Idaho. While completing her studies, Dehra worked at Boise State University with survivors of gender-based violence, and the LGBTQ+ community. Dehra practiced at The Salvation Army- Marian Pritchett Booth School for Pregnant and Parenting Teens facilitating therapeutic and educational groups for adolescents and their families. Dehra also practiced at Tidwell Social Work Services and Consulting offering psychotherapy for children, teens, adults, and families. Dehra utilizes trauma-informed therapies and is in the process of receiving her trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy certificate and trauma-informed clinician I certificate. Dehra also has a passion for using mindfulness based interventions, art therapy, and emotional regulation techniques.
