Emily Stadstad, MA, LMFT


Emily grew up in Duluth, Minnesota and recently moved to Idaho. She attended the University of Minnesota earning a Bachelor’s of Psychology degree. Emily continued her education at Argosy University in Minnesota for a Master’s of Marriage and Family Therapy. Emily worked at Fraser in the Autism day treatment program, conducting group, individual, and family therapy. Following her time at Fraser, Emily worked at a private practice in Duluth, MN with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. Emily uses a systemic approach and cognitive behavioral therapy to support clients in creating a healthier mindset and belief system. Emily enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults with a wide range of presenting problems. Outside of work, Emily enjoys hiking, running, reading, and spending time with her dog and family.
