Marisa Rapp, PHd, LPC


Marisa is from St. Louis and recently relocated to Coeur d’Alene for her partners' work. She’s thrilled to be in such a beautiful area of the 
country and excited to be part of the Cultivation Counseling team! She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Idaho and works as a part-time clinician as she also enjoys teaching and 
supervising at an online university with counseling graduate students. 
Marisa earned her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from 
Southeast Missouri State University and her PhD in Counselor Education and Counseling from Idaho State University. Marisa’s passions are working with adolescents and adults struggling with a wide variety of adjustments, transitions, and mental health concerns. Marisa has experience working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, substance abuse, and behavioral/ process addictions. In her personal time, Marisa enjoys backpacking and hiking the endless trails of Idaho with her partner and their golden retriever, Cedar.
