Teri is a Graduate Level Intern who specializes in solution-focused therapy for adolescents, adults, and older adults. She works with clients to manage depression, anxiety, relationship issues, loss, and challenges related to life transitions like new parenthood, divorce or retirement. Her collaborative and practical approach to therapy is aimed at helping clients achieve their best hopes by evoking their innate wisdom, highlighting strengths, and building resiliency to devise lasting solutions. Teri’s personal counseling style is caring, growth-oriented, and focused on solutions to achieve results quickly.
Prior to pursuing a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University, Teri owned and operated her own accounting company for sixteen years. She’s an avid reader who enjoys spending time outdoors hiking with her dog and family. Together she and her husband are parents to five children – three boys and two girls.
