Amanda Swindoll, LMSW, is a dedicated therapist with a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges. Graduating from Boise State University with a Master's in Social Work in 2022, Amanda brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. With a strong foundation in Psychology from her undergraduate studies, she has been practicing therapy since 2022, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Specializing in Personality Disorders, depression, anxiety, stress management, life transitions, and Attention and Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Amanda is committed to providing personalized and effective care to her clients. With a genuine passion for her work, she approaches therapy with empathy, understanding, and a focus on empowering individuals to achieve positive change.
