She honors this through an eclectic counseling approach tailored to each individual client. Anna is trained in using a person-centered and trauma-informed approach and often incorporates the use of practical strategies for immediate situations along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, play, and somatic therapy techniques. Anna believes in the innate capacity of every individual to heal and grow. She aims to create a supportive environment that nurtures this potential, helping people reconnect with their strengths and rediscover the parts of themselves that have been dormant. Anna works with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, school related challenges, family related issues, and difficult life changes. In her spare time she is often outdoor adventuring, playing pickleball, or spending time with her family and friends.
